Safe Harbor Design/Build LLC is a Florida licensed engineering company ( Lic # QB56478) and also holds a Florida certified general contractors license ( Lic # CGC1514062). The company specializes in all aspects of ICF residential and commercial projects.

We can provide the full range of engineering/architectural and construction services or only the portion that meets your needs. Services we offer include:

        Design:

• Original designs including complete signed and sealed plans and specifications and all supporting calculations necessary to obtain all building permits.
• Converting your existing CMU or wood frame plans to ICF, including structural plans and specifications for the design and/or construction of ICF wall, floor and roof construction.
• Site planning and/or design.

       Construction: 

• All concrete work including ICF wall, floor and roof systems; beam and column formwork; concrete flat work and decorative stamped concrete.
• General contracting of all phases of your project. Turn-key services from beginning to end.
• Consulting services to the homeowner, general contractor or architect.
